GDPR Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is a contract required by the GDPR regulation. It governs how we (as a data processor) handle personal data on your (the controller’s) behalf.

If you use Keila Cloud to send newsletters to contacts in the European Union or the EEA (Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland), a DPA is mandatory. We also recommend signing a DPA if you’re based in a country where the GDPR doesn’t apply directly (e.g. the UK, Switzerland, California, and all other countries outside the EU/EEA).
